NAGNATA offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that for health and safety reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear.

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all designer garment tags and brand labels remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
